Our team transformed this basement into a clean, dry space for the owners to use!
With our finishing products, specifically designed for basements, we transformed this Wallingford, CT basement into a useable living space that will last for years to come! Our EverLast walls are stronger than drywall, and won't support the growth of mold or mildew, which are common in basements. Additionally, the MillCreek flooring is 100% waterproof and will not rot, unlike traditional wood floors.
This Wallingford basement had water damage that affected the walls of the basement. The bottom of the walls usually are affectedmore drastically becauuse they are the first to be in contact with any water in the basement. The homeowner had two problems to fix, their wet basement floor and the bottom of their walls. He decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems to help find them a solution.
The solution to this problem was to first install a WaterGuard system to keep the basement dry all year long. Next, a half wall restoration was installed to the basement to repair any damage that was done and to prevent any from happening in the future. Not only does the half wall restoration guarantee protection, but it also looks great in the basement! This is exactly what the homeowner had wanted and was thrilled with the results.
A homeowner in Plainville, CT had a recently waterproofed basement, by our company, and decided she wanted to have it finished as well. She was looking to turn the space into an art studio. One of our Salesmen, Mick Foster, went out to the home to help her design this basement, optimizing all the space.
Then soon it would be time for one of our Total Basement Finishing Foremen, Eric Arditio, and his crew to install her new basement. They installed our EverLast basement walls, ThermalDry Tile flooring, new doors, trim and molding, and even painted the ceiling. Project Manager, Dan Medina supervised this job and was along throughout the process, ensuring we gave this homeowner exactly what she wanted. This space was truly transformed and this homeowner was in love with the space! She can now use her basement to its full potential and turn it into the art studio of her dreams!
