All good until I had a question about cracking. After spending over $13,000 for our French Drain, Service Rep Michael Carrafa got involved and had every excuse as to why I cannot get someone to look at my issue for over a month. I am trying to put my house back in order as you have to give them a 4 foot perimeter to work in. I was told they couldn't decide if it needed repairing by the pic they had, I sent 5 more. Was told they would send someone Feb 8 to look at/repair it. I requested someone sooner.Mike later called and said two Techs looked at the pics and decided no problem. Can't make up his mind and stories keep conflicting. Was then told $118 charge if they decide it does not need repair. Was also told too far away to just come look. Sales Rep was scheduled at once when I called to have someone look at our basement to possibly do the work $$$. Final call said he was getting his Supv and would call back. They have been closed for nearly 2 hours and no return call, not even to say he may need to call tomorrow.
Rick was totally awesome and left nothing to guess work. Answered all our questions and did not pressure us in any way. His presentation left my Wife and I believing in him and his word. He is still helping us even though the job was completed last week, GREAT guy !
Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and on time.
Left us as clean as they found it, as promised.
