When the job was nearing completion, I realized that my furnace wasn't running because it had no power. The sales person (I don't remember his name) who was on site helped me go through all the breakers but we still didn't find the problem. He called one of your electricians who came over and discovered a wire that had came loose during the jack hammering process. He reconnected the wire and everything was back to normal.
