I feel like you guys did a great job putting customer service first - I sent several long emails to Ian and he answered all of my questions and concerns without making me feel like the waterproofing rookie that I am - So, all in all, I'm very happy with Healthy Basements - The system was just installed, the installers were efficient, so hopefully I'm as happy with them five years from now, but all in all, a positive experience -

What made you choose our company:

only hiccup was we had pre-job discussions about adding a second level of cinder blocks, and it was installed without the extra layer, and they had to go get cinder blocks - However, the fact is that they did get it done, and so far, it looks like everything is working - Ian accommodated us, and the guys that installed it did a great job overall.
