What made you choose our company:

I didn't actually have work done by your company. However, I did want to show my appreciation for the amount of time Michael Ciocca spent with us during a recent estimate he provided. When I called to ask for an estimate for damp foundation walls, your call representative said it was doubtful that this was a project for your company, citing it was likely masonry related. However, when I expressed concern that we were worried about what caused the dampness, she said she would still have someone come out to verify and ease our concern. Michael Ciocca likely knew arriving at our house that it wouldn't be a job for Franks's but he never gave any indication it mattered either way. He was timely, courteous and informative. He took the time to look at the walls, confirmed what your call rep stated and gave us ideas of how to pursue on our own. We were very pleased and appreciative of the time he took knowing we weren't signing a contract with you. This is truly wonderful customer service. Though we hope we won't need your service in the future, we can guarantee that should we decide on any future basement or backyard drainage work, we will most definitely call you!
