Chris was easygoing and accommodating
Mike sold me, good guy, very knowledgeable
While scheduling my work I asked Chris to send his best, he sent Leo and his crew (Mike, Jake, & Shawn). I'll tell you, these guys worked hard, Leo took the time to answer my questions, and showed up on time every morning with a good attitude and ready to go. Thank you Leo, turned out great and I appreciate the hard work. On the last day, concrete day, Leo brought in a couple more guys to finish up on a Saturday, one of those guys was Tony, another hard worker, this guy never stopped! Thank you for a great job...
What made you choose our company:
I set up 3 estimates with the areas top rated waterproofing companies. Franks was my 1st appointment. After Mike Ciocca left my house I cancelled the other 2 estimates. Mike was knowledgeable, personable, and I felt very comfortable with my decision. Glad I did that because the job turned out great and I'm very satisfied.
