Installation crew was professional and went out of their way to call the office in order to see what they could do about finding a clogged drain tile during crack repair. Crew set it up to purposely leave the job unfinished (leaving floor opening exposed) to come back another day to finish sealing up the floor which then allowed me time to clean out the clogged drain tile myself using the access in the floor that was left
