I was very satisfied with the service I received. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the representative explained the work done to correct the situation once done.

The call representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. She was able provide options as far as scheduling an appointment around my work schedule.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to assure me that the needed repair was not anything out of the ordinary for WNY homes and that there were no major foundation issues to be concerned with. He was able to give me a quote while on site and we were able to sign a contract so that I would be placed on the schedule to have the work completed. The experience I had with this individual was very impressive/

Upon arrival, he took the time to explain the process of repairing my basement crack and asked if I had any questions before he set out to complete the work. Once done, he also showed me the work that was completed in order to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work preformed.
