Very friendly, professional, courteous.
Talked so we could hear her and understand what she was saying.
He did a through investigation on our basement wall, looked at the floor joists and then explained what he would have done.
They were professional, through, and explained what they would be doing.
They were excellent and no one would realize that any work had been done.
