There was a change in my order but when the service team came to do the work they did not know of the changes. I am relieved that I reviewed that with them or the job would have been done incorrectly.
Given all the time and attention given to detail prior to the day of the job I was very surprised and unsatisfied on the day the work was done that the team was uninformed
Woodford Brothers did work for me on my carriage house at 50 south st a couple years ago and everything was perfect. This experience did not meet what I expected based on my past experience
