I currently have a SaniDry XP that was installed by a different vendor. As I no longer wish to do business with the previous vendor, I'm looking for a new Basement Systems affiliate to replace them - and one that is capable of performing the yearly service maintenance on the SaniDry unit (previous vendor service, as indicated to me, was to "clean the pig-tail inject and change the filter"). While changing the filter is easy enough for me to do, I would prefer to leave the innards of the unit to a technician. Does your company service SaniDry units? My unit does not have any issues, but would like to ensure it is running at peak performance.
