The technician serviced the annual contract and spent about 1 hr checking and servicing units.

They set the original date and had problems with that date and called me to see if they could reschedule. That was no problem and they accommodated me on the new date.

He arrived early, asked me if I had any concerns, advised me he would check and report if he found any problems. He found no problems and serviced the equipment, and cleaned the areas of the clean space that was dirty.

Very professional, he explained the service he was going to perform, and explained all inspections and moisture readings.

He found some mud on the floor from previous vendors, and advised me he cleaned that up. He also did some work on the crawl space door.
