Top notch in every aspect.
Waaaay beyond expectations. Charles H. was excellent in the way he represented himself and the company. He gave me a sense of security of understanding the problem and knowing what needed to be done to take care of the problem. I had spoken to 3 other "qualified experts" in regards to my situation but it was Charles who knew what had to be done in the right way. He went waaaay beyond my expectations.
Oh my gosh. I have never met a more qualified and committed group of men who worked constantly until the job was completed. I KNEW they had my best interests in mind. Terrific to the man.
It took an extra effort to come back and do the final clean-up but once completed it was better than I would have anticipated.

Just happened upon you on the internet. Then I met Charles H. and knew I had been blessed with the best company and the best people to do the work I needed to have done. Charles H. quickly and accurately pointed out my crawl space water problem and how to take care of it. He understood why I had a crack in my block foundation wall and knew instantly and again accurately how to remedy it. And finally, when I showed him the slight drop in my kitchen floor, after taking a look in my crawl, he knew what the structural problem was and how to take care of it. Others who looked at it only guessed as to how and what needed to be done. That usually equates to extra expenses when one tries to solve the guessing game. There was no guessing with Charles H. And those installing knew exactly what to do as well and accomplished all I needed done in a very short period of time. For anyone with foundation problems, settling, waterproofing, etc. IF Regional says they can help, I would STRONGLY encourage you to use them. It is money well spent and they don't go away and hide when the job is completed. Excellent company because of its excellent, knowledgeable and caring people.
