Today, your service tech, Yanal Masri, came out to our house for inspection of our water proofing. We were very impressed with him. He called before arriving and then went over everything he was going to check in detail. At the completion of his work, he advised us of his findings and made a couple suggestions. He was very friendly and polite and we were very happy with him.
