Comment: We need someone to come and help us figure out what is causing our baseboards down in our walk out basement to get damp/wet, and mold. We waterproofed the foundation on the outside and inside of the block and poured concrete in the block....cant figure out how/if water is getting in or if this is a condensation issue? We need to figure out the root cause, get it addressed and then fixed and repaired. Look forward in hearing back from someone, soon! Many thanks.

Comment: We have a walk out basement, have been living here for 7 or 8 years now....after one of the tropical systems year before last, with heavy amounts of rainfall we noticed the baseboards in 2 areas (same side, corner) of the house looking like there was water damage. We had someone come in and tear the dry wall out and they said it wasn't bad, aired it out, sprayed some waterproofing on the concert block, then replaced the drywall and baseboards and repainted. Well...it is back again so seems the problem wasn't fixed. We need someone who knows what they are doing to truly fix where apparent leakage is stemming from, could be a drainage issue, and get this taken care of. Would like for you all to come out and assess our situation and give us an estimate of cost to repair....then hopefully we can have you guys proceed to go on and fix repairs for us. Look forward in hearing from you. Many thanks, Jeff

Comment: I am currently building a new home and have parted ways with my original contractor due to questionable techniques. One of my main concerns in the effectiveness of my basement waterproofing. I would like to have someone review the work done to date and help me develop a plan to address what needs to be done to correct any issues.
