Comment: Ground water seepage at cold joint in the 2 rooms on the east side of our basement and through cracks in center of basement. We have an existing sump that runs regularly and we had a short bit of drain tile and a larger sump pit installed and are having issues. Trying to find someone to fix the issue and the place we previously worked with now seems to offer a one size fits all solution due to their product contracts. Thank you

Comment: I purchase a new home; we are having two separate water issues in basement. One is coming up from the floor in a specific spot and another is coming in from an old sealed up window. Looking for someone to come give us an estimate

Comment: I noticed that the floor in my son's room (located in the basement) is wet. I also noticed that the dry wall is starting to crumble near that area. :(

Comment: Our basement flooded twice within 5 months. The first time we were told it was from sprinkler system. 2nd time they said melting snow. Both floods happened the exact same way, there was water shooting out the side of the house. There's no way it's from melting snow when it was barely melting. Same company with a few different answers but obviously never fixed anything. Insurance doesn't want to pay until I get some one to look at it & they get the full report.

Comment: We have a sump hole that continually fills with water when it rains. It has yet to overflow, but we are concerned if we aren't vigilant with sucking it out with a shop vac it will. Is this normal? How much would it cost to have a pump installed? Thank you for your time.
