Comment: Water in basement with musty smell. Want it to be dry for usage. All walls seem to seep water with any type of rain. One drain in floor seems to work but concerned.

Comment: Hello, I think we may be experiencing the Clay Bowl effect. Have basement water seepage where floors and walls meet

Comment: I have a wet 1/4 basement and an open crawl that sometimes floods into the basement (we have to get a lot of rain for that). The basement has some cracks in the floor and corners that seep. There are concrete perimeter gutters that seem to always have water in them. There's a sump and drain, plus I have a dehumidifier down there that keeps the humidity under 50%. I would like to resolve the water and moisture issues and actually use the basement for storage, etc.

Comment: Looking for an insulated sub floor product, that can be tiled or carpeted over. I just need a square foot price for now, in order to secure a bid. I would ike a product that is 1" thick. Thanks

Comment: Consult on basement sealing options

Comment: No flooding, but staining on the block walls, after a hard rain. The drain does exactly what it was designed to do. No ponding, but visual water traveling to the drain.

Comment: I have a finished basement with DriCORE subfloor. The recent heavy rains and floods apparently overwhelmed the drainage they provide and about 1/3 of the basement floor I can tell has water damage. There was even some mushrooms growing up from my carpet. I'm considering all my options and would like to know what you guys would propose as a solution and cost to repair.
