Job review from Greg in Beaverton, OR 97078 on 04/26/17

I had been told by the schedule coordinator that last Friday that my entire project would be completed. The crew showed up smaller than expected and wasn't even prepared to work on basement. I had paid a contractor to unhook the water system in advance of this work to make room for the trench and water guard. After a few calls and voiced my unhappiness the crew did do work in that area so I could get the well pump hooked back up for running water. The work that they did looks professional.

My original rep (Peter) left the company. I believe I was dealing with Aaron. We were not on the same page as far as expectations of tasks to be performed.

Peter was good and sold me the service. He represented your company and product well, but I never did see anyone new in this capacity.

They are nice guys and very hard working. The entire project, they were under staffed. The crew does do a great job of protecting property with plastic.

The crew does do a great job of protecting property with plastic and keeping most areas clean. I was surprised that they didn't hook the washer and dryer back up. My biggest complaint is that the plan on certain tasks were different than my original expectations. One outside drain did not get done after we talked about it yesterday.
