Vinnie B. was very nice and easy to talk to. We felt that we could trust his assessment of our crawlspace issues.
Ramon was very nice, and professional. Unfortunately his crew arrived to our appointment at our home a half hour early, then someone from his crew entered our home without talking to us first, used the toilet and left the lid up, and set off our alarm. It took some investigation to figure out what had happened because the crew member that had entered the home didn't say he had done so initially. While we really appreciated Ramon and his sincerity and knowledge, it was really unprofessional for someone to have gone into our home without our permission.
What made you choose our company:
Lowest bid, most confident technician. Vinnie was really nice and seemed like he knew his stuff. He didn't try to oversell us or scare us into buying things we didn't need.

I'm so sorry you had that experience with the crew. I would be frustrated too if someone entered my home without my knowledge or permission. I have printed this out to give to Robin our GM so that he can address it with the crew and do a training with our entire production staff to ensure this never happens again.
