My overall experience with John's Waterproofing was a very good one! From start to finish the entire staff was professional and great to work with. They valued me as a customer. Side note: I brought in my own Electrician to hook up the sump pumps and dehumidifier and the Electrician commented on how well the encapsulation work was done.
Jake is excellent to work with - he is very detailed in what was happening below my house (providing many pictures). This process was not as intimidating as I thought it would be at first and Jake was available to answer questions throughout the project.
Jake presented options to resolve the issue and showed me available pricing options while building a proposal. The whole presentation was a really good and informed experience.
Delfino and his crew did an awesome job! I was not able to be at home throughout the project but Delfino kept my teenage son informed with updates and left the work area clean before leaving at the end of the day. Being nosy at night I would go down in the crawlspace to see the progression of work each night and how anyone can work with such a small height is simply amazing, Delfino and crew - easily 5/5 stars - Thank you!!!
From start to finish the whole process was clean. My crawl space was dirty, moldy, and just plain disgusting and Delfino and his crew left the workspace clean at the end of each day for a week.
Calling John's Waterproofing was the best thing I could have done for my crawlspace need. I had water in my crawlspace for I don't know how long as I don't go down there hardly ever (and I believe a lot of homeowners don't either). When I lifted the flooring to the crawlspace this past October out of curiosity and immediately saw water I called John's Waterproofing for three reason's: they are local (close to Beaverton), a family-owned business and in business since 1974.
We are happy with the end product, but it took 4 months from scheduling to completion. I was not...
