I sent an email on Saturday Night and had a call back first thing on Monday

They scheduled someone right away and understood my concerns!

Took a little longer than I thought, but he took the time to explain all the options and in a low pressure way addressed my concerns over potential cost

Showed up right on time and literally within 10 minutes after completing a recap with me had started

I avoided the area like the plague while they were working, but was pleasantly surprised when I finally went into my basement.
