What made you choose our company:

One of my wife's friends mentioned you now had plumbing, local, your plumber + apprentice seemed squared away on the estimate visit (and throughout). The whole process went well. My floor needed work, which was no surprise, but was confirmed when the old equip was taken out. The referral to OLT Steven, Rian, and Jerry scheduled right in and went well. The water heats and flows to the right places. They answered my questions and kept on task. /s/ Tim PS: I also noticed your Oregonian and tv ads, but I didn't focus on the plumbing department. On your web site I found Tiffany in "Our Team," but not Brian. The drop down selectors in the review form or the estimate requests do not yet include the plumbing department (I did see Sump Pump). I attend Silverton Kiwanis as my service club. The work of Brian,David and Tiffany was my "happy dollar" and I dropped a card with a Realtor that has a property manager, and chatted up the Pres of Twilight Court. Brittney Black at Bledsoe-Santana Silv Branch is our new program chaser, so if the plumbing dept, the MBA-Mktg, or whoever would be interested in doing a program I would be happy to suggest and see if that matches up. And of course we are always interested in new members. The Public Works Dir and the CofC Exec Dir are members; we have some really interesting conversations. If you're members somewhere, I wouldn't want to poach, but would be happy to host you as my guest.
