Had the Basement Waterproofed a year back, and Marcus was a great sales rep, very professional and even struck a deal to get the first annual service free. The year goes by and the first service comes up, and Michael comes out to look over the system to make sure it is all taken care of, and Michael was just so patient, knowledgeable, and approachable. He was so wonderful, even called and moved up the appointment, which worked out great. He really explained what he was doing, and answered all questions thoroughly. He went above and beyond all expectations for a service check up. When asked about that first service for free, it wasn't in the paperwork, but he was able to call up Marcus and they honored it. John's does a great job hiring such great and thoughtful employees. 

Hoping to do some finishing work on the basement next summer, and looking forward to working with these people again!
