I am really not sure I can say enough good things about your company and the people who work there. From start to finish of my project everyone was amazing! I have hired many contractors to work on my home over the years and I have to say that John's Waterproofing is the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I wanted to also say that my family is struggling right now as I am battling with a brain tumor and it was important for me to get this project done for my wife and daughter, as I know that the work your company did to my home will make it a healthier and better place for them to live long after I am gone, so thank you for that! - Sean, Jackie & Katia B. The Office staff's communication was great! they always confirmed with me the night before anyone from your company was coming to my house and they were quick to get me answers to any questions i had.

Cameron was awesome from the very first day that he came out to bid my project, he dove right under my house to inspect the situation and then spent hours very patiently explaining and showing me how his company could help me with my horrible crawlspace situation. What also impressed me about Cameron is that he stayed with me throughout the entire project and helped to make my project go perfectly! For installation, Manuel and the guys finished up I got a call from David he introduced himself and let me know what time he would be arriving, he was right on time. When he arrived he explained that he would be spraying the foam around the inside of my foundation which was the final step of my project. David took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely customer focused. When David finished spraying he called me and let me know i could return home. I was amazed at how thorough he was at applying the spray foam as some of the areas are very difficult to get to with all the HVAC ducting in the way. I was so impressed with the work he had done I texted him a note thanking him again after he had left my house. David was top notch and represented your company extremely well! I didnt see another place to put this so I wanted to also say that since our job was completed our heat pump runs less and finally our hard wood floors are not cold anymore. My wife and daughter are extremely happy!

I was blown away by Manuel H. and his crew! First off i will say that Manuel called me every morning to let me know what time he would arrive and he showed up everyday when he said he would be there. As for their work ethic it was something to behold, these guys get it done! I used to be in the concrete industry so i have been around alot of contractors and i will say that Manuel and his guys took pride in the quality of their work and if something wasnt right they put in the extra time and effort to make it right. Throughout the project i got under the house and checked things out as the job progressed and the quality and consistency of their work was everywhere i looked. When Manuel and his guys showed up my crawl space gave me nightmares to think about! it was horrible with insulation hanging down, rodent droppings everywhere and it did not smell good at all! When the guys left it looked beautiful! No smell, and you could literally eat lunch under my house it is so clean and nice! All that aside the biggest testament to what Manuel H. and his guys did to transform my crawlspace was this... Before the crew showed up you couldnt of paid my wife any amount of money to climb under our house! Manual H., David and crew literally left nothing behind, the worksite around my home was spotless. Manuel was literally under my house with a vacuum cleaner at one point doing final clean up. I think my crawlspace was cleaner than my house when they left!
