The work looks great. You have given me such peace of mind. In-office personnel always friendly, cheerful and helpful. And Bryan should win the “Salesperson of the Year” award. He was awesome and everything was done exactly as he said it would be. When the installers arrived they were really great guys. Very friendly. Hard workers. Manuel the lead was wonderful and very courteous. He was so good with his crew! I could tell they were actually enjoying themselves!

After job was finished, they came back to clean 4 days later. I would have liked it cleaned before they left, however at least they came back, and with positive attitudes.
What made you choose our company:
Actually, John’s Waterproofing really “stood out” from your main competitor. You were slightly less in price. But that is not why I went with John’s. Bryan was the salesperson, and he was consistently available to me for questions - and he had a solid answer for everything. The salesperson from the competition came by once and I never talked to him again. I had to deal with another person in the office who had not even seen the site. I didn’t think that was very good business practice. I’m very happy I chose John’s Waterproofing!
