The sales process felt a little bit like you are using scare tactics with the book that is sent out ahead of time and then Jack comes back up with pictures that seem to be to scare you into spending way more money than you originally wanted to. I liken it to a person that doesn't know much about how cars work and the mechanic tells you about a bunch of things that are wrong with your car. You don't know any better, and what is unknown is kinda scary. If I were John's, I might think about re-working the sales process accordingly.
Sales process is somewhat difficult. You obviously have a high-end product if you go with full encapsulation. From the get-go, all we wanted was to replace the original plastic, but had to sit through a 2.5 hour bid process that should have only taken 20-30 minutes.
Heard about Johns on a Radio ad. and the sales rep. was very responsive and a nice guy to work with.
