I was impressed by the professionalism of your office staff and the salesman who visited my home. I especially appreciated the salesman's willingness to listen to my concerns and his ability to answer my questions. The installation crew was also great. The crew leader let me know exactly what they would be doing, how long the work would take and what I needed to do after their work was finished.
