It was nice that someone actually answered the phone. They were pleasant and scheduled someone to talk with me right away. The job was well done. The crew were professional and timely, and a pleasure to talk with.

Professional and responsive.
He was professional and knowledgeable. He also called ahead to let me know he was running late.
Nice work, professional and were able to adapt quickly after realizing that the original plan had to be modified.
cleanup was adequate, but there was a lot of dust remaining. It was late when they wrapped up job, so they probably did not see it since we had poor lighting in basement.
What made you choose our company:
I had bids from other companies, but others were a bit vague when it came to project costs. Another company had quoted an inferior product for a higher price. John's was not the lowest bid, but I felt the most comfortable with their bid and knowledge.
