What made you choose our company:

I've been a TerraFirma team member for several years. Having been immersed in the company's culture for those years, I know that providing an extraordinary experience to each customer is very important to the TerraFirma team. So, when we wanted new concrete work done at our house, I knew that TerraFirma was the contractor we wanted to use - even though new concrete work was a fairly new offering for TerraFirma. I now have experienced TerraFirma from the perspective of a customer. I am happy to say, as a customer, that TerraFirma did indeed 'redefine the contractor experience' for us. From beginning to end, and with everyone we dealt with, it was a great process. In the past few years we've had other contractors do work for us, and I can honestly say that the TerraFirma experience was by far the best - TerraFirma really did redefine! I'm proud to work for this company, and TerraFirma will be our first choice in the future, providing the work we need done is something it offers.
