Our experience is that each staff member takes good history and information on discussion and mutual understanding of appointmnt times, billing information of what percent needs to be given before work begins and how payment will have to be made for balance when work is completed. There is one receptionist that has difficulty remembering our agreements and may need to take more careful notes and place on computer so there is no confusion on how the billing will be done.

The Billing department is amazing worked with us most diligently and helpfully to make the payments possible without a loan needed for only three months. we really appreciated this dedication and trust given since we have been customers for over three years.

This has been a very difficult place to work and they are always kind, encouraging and ready to get what is required done with excellence and attention paid to detail to prevent other situations for happening related to the problem now in existence and explain what they are doing. Always polite, optimistic and prepares your floors they will be walking on and close doors to help keep the heat inside too.

Explicitly dusted, mopped up and cleaned and then asked us to check and tell them if there was any other cleaning that we saw that needed to be taken care of also. We were most appreciation and pleased with these efforts and fine completion of the job leaving our home ready to accept guests the next day without extra work on our part putting our home back together.
