Overall support from beginning to end was great. I received check ins, follow ups, and quick response whenever I reached out.
The time from my call to response and initial consultation was quick.
After our first estimate and review, we had some sticker shock. Kevin was very understanding that it took us time to understand the work and we needed to figure out our finances. From our first conversation to install was at least a year and Kevin stayed in contact throughout the time.
They crew was good communicators for project progress and hiccups. They put in long days and stayed on schedule. We had a couple unexpected things that came up but worked through all details.

I pulled the name from an ad or commercial. Not all companies come to coast but we needed the expertise for foundation work. The company provided us clear picture of what was happening with foundation and how they would resolve it for long term.
