TerraFirma was an awesome company to work with. Our recently purchased renovated home with an ADU in the basement developed a major leak with our winter rains. TerraFirma came to the rescue. Everyone involved in our project was extremely friendly and professional. High marks for Terra from the office who was in charge of scheduling and keeping us informed with every step of the project. Bridget was very helpful explaining why the leak occurred and designing the project to waterproof the basement and install a sump pump. The crew was prompt and completed the work in a timely manner. Nick, the field supervisor, checked in every morning and explained what to expect for the day. He made sure we understood every step fo the process, from beginning to the final cleanup and walk through. Spencer, the foreman, made sure the basement was completely sealed off and we did not have any dust intrusion to the rest of the house. He was also there to answer any questions we had and show us the work they did. High fives to the crew Phalon and Elliot who were friendly and professional. We enthusiastically recommend this company.
