Project manager was on the ball kept us informed on all scheduling & times. Very pleasant
System Design Specalist arrived on time, very energetic. He completed an on-site inspection of our foundation concerns. After diagnosis the foundation issues he walked us through what we’re his recommendations to resolve the issues. He gave us complete explanations including digital diagrams and photos. The p reject summary was provided to us within 2 business days which included the diaphragm repair, job details, product list, and more. TherraFirma took care of the engineering permitting
The crew foreman immediately introduced himself and the crew. He did a walkthrough with us to confirm the job in its entirely. Throughout the job explained what they were doing and why. Confirmed questionable issues with us. The team was so polite and respectful. Gained our trust immediately. They worked fantastic as a team. We definitely recommend this company.
The crew respectfully didn’t make any type of mess on our property. They left with all their tools and supplies.
