What made you choose our company:

The marketing/commercials targeted my exact situation. I explored a couple other options to fix the issue and one was not recommended by the contractor and the other (my regular concrete contractor) gave me a price to completely remove and re-pour the pad that was just slightly greater than the TerraFirma quote, but they were booked out a few months and of course the process would be much more involved and messy to accomplish than the injection option through TerraFirma. Also, as a realtor, I thought it would be helpful to have a first hand experience working with the company as some of the “word in the street” from some of my other agents and clients did not express super reviews. I’m pleased that my overall experience was very good. The administrative logistics of payment and contract processing to be able to get the job on the calendar was cumbersome and challenging, but in the end the work was done and the man doing the work onsite was very good at explaining what he was doing and how it all worked. I have some concern that areas around a crack that appeared while the job was being done may have issues later on at not being fully supported. The next day I swept fine sand into the crack area (like joints in a paver patio) to minimize the look of the crack and it ended up sucking in a full 50# bag of sand. It makes me wonder if there are more voids under the pad that were not filled. Time will tell.
