What made you choose our company:

We were planning on getting 2 or 3 bids. The first company saw our flooding issue and actually said, "This is a problem we cannot fix. Call us back when it's dry." TerraFirma was the second company and we immediately felt at ease with Greg our salesperson. He explained what every step of the process would be and actually answered the phone when we had more questions. He was very professional and did not sugar coat his answer when I asked would it be "messy?" but assured me the crew would do a great job with cleanup. And cleanup they did! No surprises with this company. Crew was great, respectful and worked hard to get the job done on time. Bree, on the office end, did an awesome job lining up scheduling, paperwork and so much more. She was very accommodating and patient with the the tons of questions I had. There is no doubt in my mind the entire company is out to please.
