Great customer service, ease of scheduling, reliable and so much expertise!
TerraFirma got me an estimate appointment in such short notice. It was so helpful because my inspection period was shortened. They were a lifesaver!
Eric met with my realtor on site, and was a wealth of information and expertise, very professional. Shared with my realtor everything about the property that we were questioning regarding the status of the foundation. Eric also provided a written report and estimate analysis after the appointment. Very, very helpful. The information shared and solution that Eric presented was very helpful for me in my decision-making regarding the property.

My realtor recommended TerraFirma as the best in the business, and I am so glad I was able to get them out there to check out the property I was looking at. A few items had turned up from the inspection report and one was the foundation. I was grateful to have them get out there in such short notice, have the issue explained and an estimate provided, it really help me with my decision-making regarding the property. While I didn't move forward with pursuing the property, I would recommend TerraFirma to anyone needing foundation work done. Thank you!
