The salesperson did not understand the scope of repairs that we wanted done.

The crew did not understand what they were supposed to do until I showed them what was emailed to me. The called their boss to confirm what was the repairs. We wanted the driveway area that was damaged by deicer but after the job was complete they said that they did not have any product that would complete what we wanted. Not really the crews fault.
