My experience with the representative was short but it was pleasant.

I had a great experience with Chris from start to finish. Chris reached out to me prior to the meeting and let me know that he would be on time. When I told him that I may be running 5-10 minutes late, he was very understanding and told me to take my time. Once he arrived at my house, he greeted me with a warm smile. He explained everything in detail and stopped periodically to see if I had any questions. Any questions that I did have, he made sure to answer them. I felt no pressure to commit to the process. Since the work has been completed, Chris has followed through with me. I really appreciated this. I would highly recommend meeting with him if you are considering using a company like this for your own basement. He was great from start to finish.

Brad was great. I was not able to be home while the work was being completed but I spoke to Brad numerous times. He checked in with me when changes had to be made, which I greatly appreciated. He was always polite and professional. He answered any questions I had. He made sure that I was pleased with the work and he even offered to come back should I need anything.

Brad and his team put everything back in order and my basement looked just as it was before they came.
