From beginning to end, there was never a push for unnecessary work, just work that needed done to do the project correctly.
Cleanup was very difficult, but the installation crew did a great job of returning everything nearly back to normal!
We had another company come out before Liberty and, during the inspection, it was pretty clear that the salesperson was mainly interested in trying to save us money which would have left areas in the basement which would still have needed fixed; or, I would have been hit with a massive change order during installation. With Liberty, there was an open communication about what needed to be done, how it was going to be done, the unknowns which could affect pricing, and the pricing overall. Necessary work was done without hassling over any "extra" work. When an unforeseen structural issue came up, I was immediately notified by the installation crew and discussed pricing, which was very reasonable. Overall, I was extremely happy.
