Job review from Jonathan in Catasauqua, PA 18032 on 02/26/24

It was presented to us during the initial stages prior to the work being completed that everything would be restored as if the crew was never in the house. With certain areas covered with plastic, the drop pastic that was extended the length of the work area by the work crew, dust was found throughout the entire basement extending up and into our kitchen area upstairs. The front lawn area was trenched through to install the drainpipe, despite present conditions, it could be better restored. The hole drilled through house to run the drainpipe outside was never sealed, a pile of sawdust from it as well as the ceiling tile piece was left behind. End result, I ended up wiping down about 85% of the basement floor, walls, etc. since the crew completed the work Friday. I did inform Russ Zellers Friday evening and Saturday morning of these items in which he mentioned these items will be discussed Monday 2/26 with the production manager/company owner and a service call would be placed to resolve these items.
