Great guys, and definitely salesmen, but made no attempt to find the source of incoming water - just how to keep it out.

FANTASTIC! Professional, informed, patient, honest and efficient. Darlen (name spellings questionable!) discovered a source of incoming water and did not hesitate to report it and investigate. This allowed us to jury rig a diversion of that water to the sump and, sure enough, the floor dried quickly. A few days later when digging was done, a broken pipe was located about three feet from the house. After removing wall paneling, Matt showed us multiple cracks in the mortar/cinder blocks and recommended a carbon fiber fix, guaranteed to prevent further damage. I agreed to it ... and do still need a receipt for the payment! In all ... couldn't have asked for a better team, and if ever we have a need for more help ... they'd be requested to do the work! We wish them all the best!
