From beginning to completion, we found the service very professional and friendly. Peter, the sales representative, was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and the presentation and discussion regarding our problems was well understood by my husband and me. We found the solutions presented to us made sense. There was no pressure from anyone to choose your firm. Subsequent to our agreement to have the work done, the appointment was made and the work team showed up on time. They were hard-working, efficient, very polite and professional. The repairs were done within a day and a half, as promised and they left the basement and garage in good order. The work was completed yesterday and we are confident that the repairs will stand the test of time.
