I am very satisfied with the work performed. I had another company do mold remediation a year ago and All-dry do the foundation repair. The All-Dry field crew was far superior in skill, workmanship, cleanliness, timeliness, and responsibility. Their office, however, was a different story. They were very poor at communicating. They canceled the install date twice;. Neither time was I informed of the cancelation. The first time was because of problems in getting the permits. I am lucky I called them the day before to confirm. That is how I found out they weren't coming. The second time I was given a date by the local sales person but the office did not put it on the board. I found this when I called because no one showed up that day. When they finally resolved their schedule issues to set a new date for the work, nobody figured to call me and give me the new date. I got the date only because I called two weeks after the last cancelation to ask what was going on. Thankfully their work crew did an excellent job and redeemed them. Based on the actual performed work All-Dry deserves a 5 but when I put the bad with the good I can only give them a 3.

I do not think it is her fault but her rating is affected by the bad communication at the office. I think they were in the middle of a personnel change at this position.

Very good presentation. I had 3 different contractor estimates. I was sold on All-Dry even though it was the most expensive.

Francisco is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and responsible. I completely trust his work and his word.

They left the area in a cleaner condition than they found it. They used some available pine needles to cover the excavated areas and you could not even tell that the area was excavated to install 5 piers.
