Superb! Knowledgeable; professional; courteous. Attention to detail!
Outstanding! Jason had explained there may be some adjustments needed once the crew actually began work. Any changes/discoveries were immediately discussed with us, and explained what would be in our best interest. Sixto went over and above and even fixed a squeaky floor that wasn't part of the plan. Amazing work ethic and initiative.
What made you choose our company:
We had three estimates done and Cantey immediately made the best "first impression" due to the professionalism of Jason Hardage. I guess my husband and I are "old school" and appreciate courteousness and respect of our time. Jason always communicated with us regarding schedules, and even called to verify our appointments. If any change in the schedule occurred, Jason immediately communicated with us. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection and presentation, making sure we understood our foundation problems, and how Cantey could best address them. He took time to listen to our concerns and answer every question. Sixto and staff were great! Again, courteous, professional., and extremely knowledgeable. Once the project began, they went over and above to explain every step of the process, and it was obvious they were looking out for our interests. Hands down, Cantey has been the best company we have ever worked with. The commitment to excellence was evident from start to finish.
