Everything was handled professionally, from the phone call to the inspection from Chip. I could not have asked for better.

Chip Baxter is an example of what other companies should have to represent themselves. I called about a problem we were having and an appointment was set. I was even told who would be sent (Chip Baxter). Chip arrived on time and we discussed the problem. He explained to me what he would be checking for and would take pictures to show me of what he found. Chip did his inspection and told us everything he checked was good. He could have told us we had a big problem but he was honest and very professional. He even gave me some advice on how to correct the problem at no charge. I would gladly recommend your company and Chip to anyone needing an honest and professional answer.
