What made you choose our company:

William, As owner and namesake, I feel compelled to write you regarding David Banks' recently performed home inspection, evaluation and follow up as as representative of your company. First, I must commend his professionalism. He arrived, listened carefully to our concerns, took notes and went straight to work in our crawl space. He emerged an hour later and presented pictorial evidence of what he had found. We have more than just a moisture problem and David gave us a most thorough explanation of what he discovered along with a specific plan of action devised to correct our problems. We had many questions, each of which was answered to our satisfaction. David then printed out a contract and once again went over each item in detail; describing why it was needed and how the Cantey system would offer superior solutions when compared to competitors'. Although we were concerned about the cost, David assured us that we would have thirty days to gather other quotes which Cantey would work hard to meet! I was skeptical, but there was something very genuine about David, so we decided to take a chance. We put down our deposit, knowing we had three days to pull out if we chose to do so. Yesterday evening we had a competitor come to the house. He performed an inspection and quote which was less than David's. I immediately sent him the quote for his comparison and consideration. It was after 7:00 pm and I did not expect to hear from him until today (which would have locked us in to our non-refundable deposit with Cantey). However, David responded immediately and was able to re-negotiate the Cantey proposal's cost based on the competitor's quote! We were very surprised! Not only is David a 'man of his word', he is also a man of integrity! He could have waited until today to respond, knowing he would have us 'locked in', but he did not. If he had waited, he could have present a new proposal with very limited reductions in costs, knowing he 'had us', he did not. I am already beyond impressed! And Cantey hasn't even begun the job! Needless to say, my wife and I are soon to become your largest advocates to our many friends, family and associates! You had me with your commercials; I truly believed your young son, "Cantey can fix it!" You can thank him for our call. I hope you acknowledge David in some way. The night he spent so much time with us to be sure we were ok with everything, his young son was heading to the hospital with a fever and croup. David is a remarkable young man in a day and time when people of his character are sorely lacking! He has represented you and your company very well! Btw... the completed project was impeccable!
