What made you choose our company:

My neighbors used Cantey, so last year when I knew I needed some work based on my inspection after purchasing my home, I called. The initial installation was not done properly...the beams and jacks were not out in the proper location to ensure the support I needed. I didn’t know this until I called for an adjustment. When I called, a new person from Cantey came. He spent hours measuring my floors, crawling under my house, looking at the old plan, seeing where the jacks were installed. He was totally honest that he wasn’t sure it was done to effectively provide me what I needed for my home. He then adjusted the jacks and drew up two options for me to try to stabilize my home. Not only did he present it to me, but to my overprotective dad who was here with ten million questions. Chase was totally patient, understanding and careful with my home, was adamant that both new installs be done under his watch... he truly took care of my home. I had a couple issues with install dates and Megan was amazing to work with. I can only imagine what a nightmare it is to keep the crews straight and in the right direction and I didn’t make it easy due to my schedule. Megan was totally understanding of this and I appreciate it. Not only that, but I was sent an email for 15% off after already paying my deposit. I don’t know that I truly qualified for this discount but because of the email, Leigh Anne made sure I received it. I could not be more pleased with my experience with everyone who has helped me to get my unstable house a little safer. Thank you all.
