I'm very pleased with the service and outcome of the work.
The call representative was very polite and helped meet my needs.
Dustin and Kasey were very professional, straight-forward and forthcoming. Both put themselves in my position and gave great advice on how to solve my issues. Although I could not do the water guard installation as previously planned due to the way my home was originally built onto mono slab. Dustin provided a great alternative solution to help in waterproofing my basement.
The installation crew was very polite and professional. Will, Solomon and Zack kept me informed on the progress of the job. They answered all my questions even if they were in the middle of the job they would stop what they were doing to answer my question. They always asked me if I had any questions or concerns. That really kept my mind at peace that I was getting the best service.
The crew cleaned up and even replaced the mulch that was affected by the job.
