Good customer service. Always kept us informed of the process. Was respectful of our time. The disruption was minimal considering the amount of work done.
Everyone was helpful and pleasant:
Chris, Matt and crew, Corey, DeCarlo and crew, Loren, and Susan.
The welcome package with booklets that came in the mail was very helpful. Learned a lot about what to expect, and felt more comfortable with the work needed.
Chris spent 2 hours under the house. Very thorough. Explained the entire process with lots of pictures.
Had two different crews, one for joists, Jack's, etc. One for encapsulation. Both very cordial and professional. Let us know when coming and about progress. Corey came up with an alternative approach to our sagging floors that will be better in the long run and saved us over $1000.
The crews always left the property in good order. After they were finished, an ac duct came loose. Corey fixed and rechecked everything right away.

Have found in the past that being warranted by an organization or referral service doesn't imply a good job. So I carefully researched online. The website definitely made an impression: standards, community service, commercial customer satisfaction, national association. The initial phone call was so easy. Then the info that arrived in the mail improved my comfort level.
