I never felt like I had a contact person once the scheduling started. If someone said "Melissa will be your contact person". It was confusing between the calling and emails and then an extra person calling before work began.
Patrick Edwardson was very thorough in his inspection of the problems I was having.
Ivan and his crew were very courteous and polite . They made sure the landscaping looked good before they left. Ivan explained everything they were going to do and that further investigation would be performed to determine the best way to approach a particular trouble spot.

After several estimates from other companies the pricing was within range of other companies . Patrick Edwardson was very detailed , examined all the problems and had a solution . Ivan had concerns about one area under the house and has requested further inspection before proceeding , which I appreciate.
